Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!  We hope you LOVE your Scuffed Edge items but understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know so we can help!

Merchandise purchased online can be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. 

In store purchases are final sale, effective Jan 1, 2020.

Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued for the purchase price of all eligible returned merchandise.  (Please see below on eligibility of returns and the process of returning). We do not offer refunds - NO exceptions. Once a return is received and processed, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order.  This code can then be redeemed online for a future purchase.  There is NO expiration on store credit. Items that have been approved for return/exchange will be credited back less the store's actual S&H.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, please make sure that:

  • Returns for purchases made online must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the order. We go by what the USPS delivery link states. If the item was purchased in store, all sales are final.
  • Items have a return authorization. Items that do not have prior reternity authorization will be automatically returned to sender.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached. No stains, damages, odors, deodorant marks, etc.
  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping container when returning shoes.  This means that shoes/shoebox must be placed inside another box or in some sort of packaging. Returns that are made in original shoe box will be returned to sender. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. 
  • Final Sale Items: Pre-Orders, cosmetics, accessories, gift cards, home/gift items and items that have been discounted 20% or more. 
  • Once placed, orders can't be cancelled.

 

*When ordering, please make sure the size stated on invoice is the correct size needed prior to completing purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure information is correct. We will not return/exchange if the items match what the invoice/packing list states.*

Please return your packing slip with your return and mark the items that are being returned. 
If you return an item that was rejected, we will notify you.  You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you.  After 30 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item to a charity of our choice.
In Store Pick Up:
You can choose to purchase online and pick up in store. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange - regardless of when item(s) is picked up. If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days from purchase date, we will donate the item(s) to a charity of our choice.

Return Shipping Charges:

Original shipping charges are not refunded or credited on a return. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scuffed Edge. We highly recommend returning with tracking and/or insurance.

Undeliverable:

If a package is returned to us, we will reach out to you for address verification. We will not resend package until we have made contact with you. Additional shipping costs will incur.

Store Credit
Store credit will be issued for returned merchandise - Once a return is received and processed, an online code will be emailed to the email address used on the original order.  This code can then be redeemed online for a future purchase.  There is NO expiration on store credit.

If you received a damaged product, please send an email and picture(s) of damage to returns@scuffededge.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept any damaged claims after 24 hours from the date you receive it. We do not guarantee jewelry, items shrinking, etc. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 7 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.

Shipping/Handling Policy

We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 2 to 4 business days.  We ship first class & priority mail through the United States Post Office.  Once shipped, you will receive tracking info and should arrive within 1-7 business days. Return Shipping Charges:

Original shipping charges, what we pay to ship items to you, are not refunded or credited on a return. Please note: We do not process and/or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Mondays.

**You can order online and choose to pick up your item in store at 561 E Elm St Republic, MO. You need to bring your confirmation email to pick up.

**If you choose in store pickup and the order is not picked up within 1 month, we will donate the item.

**Once our shipping department packages your order, you will receive a confirmation that it has been processed.  Please wait to pick up your order until you receive the 2nd email from the store letting you know it is available for pick up.

NOTE: At checkout, if you choose first class shipping it does NOT include insurance. Priority Mail is insured with USPS up to $100, at USPS discretion. When we deliver the package to USPS, we are not longer responsible for lost/stolen/undelivered/wrong address packages. By submitting payment, you are agreeing to take responsibility for the package if it is stolen or lost upon delivery. You are responsible for filing a missing/lost/stolen claim with USPS.
